The Three Setters
On the field, three setters gathered, each with their unique qualities. Portia, a 4-year-old Gordon Setter, brought her experience as a show dog and training field dog. Tofu, a 2-year-old Irish Red Setter, also possessed the same attributes. Lastly, Vesper, another 2-year-old Gordon Setter, joined the group.
Tofu’s Busy Schedule
After her exercise in the little paddocks, Tofu was off to the groomers. She was getting ready for the upcoming Malvern show, where she would be participating. Tofu’s owners had big plans for her in the future. They intended to mate her with a dog that had performed well at Crufts. This meant that the puppies they were expecting later in the year would likely have excellent show quality.
A Promising Future
With their impressive backgrounds and training, these setters had a bright future ahead. Whether it was in the show ring or on the field, their skills and potential were undeniable. As they continued to train and participate in competitions, their owners had high hopes for their success.
